Acceptance of terms

By installing or using Kelmora, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Kelmora monitors your Shopify store's activity and provides detections, insights, explanations, and recommendations. Kelmora operates in an observe-only mode by default and does not modify your store unless you explicitly enable and approve such actions.

Your data

You retain ownership of your store data. You grant Kelmora a limited license to process that data for the purpose of providing the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other merchants' data, or use the service in violation of Shopify's terms or applicable law.

No professional advice

Kelmora provides analytical insights, not financial, legal, or accounting advice. Recommendations are informational and you remain responsible for decisions affecting your business.

Limitation of liability

Kelmora is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelmora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or listing.
