What Kelmora is

Kelmora is a commerce operations agent for Shopify merchants. It monitors store activity, detects meaningful changes, and explains what deserves attention.

Data we collect

Kelmora processes business and operational data from your Shopify store: orders, refunds, cancellations, products, and inventory levels. We collect only what is necessary to detect anomalies and explain them.

Data we avoid

Kelmora does not require or intentionally collect customer personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses. Our anomaly engine works from aggregate and business-level behavior, not individual customer records.

How data is used

Store data is used to establish normal operating patterns, detect anomalies, generate issues and insights, and produce explanations and recommendations. AI analysis runs on structured, de-identified business facts via a third-party model provider.

Data retention and deletion

Data is retained for as long as your store uses Kelmora. When you uninstall the app or request deletion, we delete the associated store data in accordance with Shopify's data-deletion requirements.

Third parties

We use Shopify (platform and APIs) and an AI model provider to generate explanations. We do not sell store or customer data.
